Australian University delegation calls on DU VC

DHAKA, July 14 (BSS) - A delegation of teachers and students from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique today at the latter's office.

Professor of DU Psychology Department and Director of Students Counseling and Guidance Shaheen Islam and Associate Professor of the department Mahjabeen Haque were present on the occasion, a DU release said.

The delegation is presently on a visit to the Department of Psychology of DU in an exchange programme signed earlier by both the universities to develop education and counseling psychology in Bangladesh.

During the meeting, the vice-chancellor apprised the visiting team-members of the academics and other activities of DU.

He thanked them for there visit and interest about DU.
